Marzena was built on a conviction I have held since my first years caring for private residences on both coasts: a home is intimate, and the people you allow inside it should be chosen with the same care as anyone you trust. After more than a decade working within some of the most considered homes in Florida and Connecticut, I saw that what was missing was not skill — it was constancy. The same hands. The same standard. A relationship, not a roster.
Our list remains intentionally small. Every client is known by name. Every home receives the same trusted team, every visit, without exception. Marzena is not a service you subscribe to. It is a standard of living you return to.

The name Marzena carries a duality that felt right from the beginning. It draws from Daphnée's Haitian heritage — a culture in which a home is a living thing, tended with pride and passed with care — and from the European hotel tradition in which she was trained: an environment where a guest should never notice what it took to make everything right. Marzena is where those two sensibilities meet.
That background informs everything about how we work. The attention to threshold, to linen, to light. The understanding that a home reflects its owner. The conviction that the people inside it should earn that trust every time they walk through the door.

The same team, always
You are introduced to your team once. From that visit forward, they are yours. No substitutions, no rotations, no unfamiliar faces — unless you request a change.
Absolute discretion
Every member of a Marzena team signs a confidentiality agreement before entering a client home. We do not discuss client properties, schedules or household details — ever.
A list kept small
We do not scale at the expense of standard. Our list of clients is intentionally limited so that every home receives the attention it was promised when the relationship began.
Every member introduced personally.
We do not hire and deploy. We select, vet, and introduce. Every Marzena team member is known to the concierge before they are known to a client. Their work is observed. Their character is considered. And once they are placed with a household, they remain there — building the familiarity that makes the difference between a clean home and a considered one.
