How we handle your information

Who we are

This website is operated by Marzena Cleaning Concierge ("Marzena", "we", "us"), a private cleaning concierge service headquartered at 1225 W Beaver St. Ste 205-1 #1159, Jacksonville, FL 32204. We can be reached at marzena@maisonmarzena.com.

What information we collect

We collect personal information only when you voluntarily submit our Request Access form. The fields requested are:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• City and state of your property
• Service of interest
• Preferred service cadence
• Any additional notes you choose to share

We do not collect payment information through this website. We do not purchase third-party data lists or acquire personal information from any source other than direct enquiries submitted through this form.

How we use your information

Your information is used exclusively to:

• Respond personally to your access request within one business day
• Conduct an initial conversation to understand your home and requirements
• Arrange a first visit, if both parties wish to proceed

We do not use your information for advertising, remarketing, or any automated marketing. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for their commercial purposes.

Analytics — Google Analytics 4

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors navigate our pages. Google Analytics places cookies on your device to collect anonymous usage data, including pages visited, time on site, and general geographic region. This data is aggregated and never linked to your identity.

You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings.

Form processing — Formspree

Submissions made through our Request Access form are processed by Formspree, a third-party form backend service. Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf and transmits your submission securely to our concierge inbox. Formspree does not use your information for any purpose other than delivering your message to us. You may review Formspree's privacy practices at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Data retention

Enquiry submissions are retained only as long as necessary to manage the potential or active service relationship. If you do not become a client, we will delete your information from our records within 90 days of last contact. Active client records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for a period of up to 3 years thereafter for accounting and legal compliance purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, please contact us at marzena@maisonmarzena.com. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are a resident of Connecticut, you may have additional rights under the Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA), including the right to appeal a decision regarding your personal data. Please contact us directly to exercise these rights.

Children's privacy

This website is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information through this site, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Our promise of discretion

Confidentiality is not a policy addendum at Marzena — it is the foundation on which the entire service is built. Our clients include people who have every reason to expect that the professionals caring for their homes will exercise the same standard of discretion as the finest private household staff.

What we commit to

• Every member of a Marzena team signs a formal confidentiality agreement before entering any client home. This agreement is binding and covers all details of the property, its occupants, schedules, and household specifics.
• We do not discuss client properties, addresses, or household details with anyone outside our direct team — ever.
• We do not photograph client interiors or share images of client homes on any platform without explicit written consent.
• Client names are never used in testimonials, marketing materials, or public communications. Any client reference uses initials and city only (e.g., "S.M., Palm Beach").
• We do not disclose who our clients are, or confirm or deny whether any individual is a Marzena client.
• Your enquiry — including its very existence — is treated in strict confidence. We will not acknowledge that you have contacted us to any third party.

Team accountability

Our teams are personally vetted by our concierge before their first visit. Background checks, professional references, and a direct interview are standard before any team member enters a Marzena client home. The confidentiality agreement is signed prior to any first engagement and renewed annually.

Data handling within the team

Client information shared with us — address, access codes, schedules, household preferences — is held exclusively within Marzena's internal systems and shared only with the specific team assigned to your home. It is never placed in shared databases, general communication tools, or any system accessible to parties outside your dedicated service team.

Your enquiry

Every message sent through our Request Access form is received directly by our concierge and by no one else. Your enquiry is never forwarded, resold, or used for any purpose other than determining whether Marzena is the right match for your home.
