Marzena was built on a conviction I have held since my first years caring for private residences on both coasts: a home is intimate, and the people you allow inside it should be chosen with the same care as anyone you trust. After more than a decade working within some of the most considered homes in Florida and Connecticut, I saw that what was missing was not skill — it was constancy. The same hands. The same standard. A relationship, not a roster.

Our list remains intentionally small. Every client is known by name. Every home receives the same trusted team, every visit, without exception. Marzena is not a service you subscribe to. It is a standard of living you return to.
